Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi zarządzania nieruchomością położoną w Krośnie przy ul. Bieszczadzkiej 5. Zarządzanie ma się odbywać w oparciu o przepisy prawa, a w szczególności przepisów rozdziału 3 Zarządzanie nieruchomościami art. 185 ust. 2 i następnych, ustawy z dnia 21.08.1997 r. o gospodarce nieruchomościami (t.j. Dz. U. z 2026 r., poz. 399 ze zm.) i ustawy z dnia 7.07.1994 r. Prawo budowlane (t.j. Dz. U. z 2025 r., poz. 418 ze zm.). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowi załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
