1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zawarcie umowy na usługę zakwaterowania i wyżywienia policjantów – zadanie nr 1, zwanej dalej „usługą”. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia stanowią załączniki nr 1 i 3 do Zaproszenia. 2. Ogólne warunki umowy stanowią załącznik nr 3 do Zaproszenia. 3. Zamawiający wymaga, aby usługi, o których mowa w ust. 1, wykonywane były w jednym hotelu/obiekcie hotelowym, na terenie Warszawy mogącym pomieścić 100 osób.
