Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zapewnienie przez Wykonawcę świadczenia usługi wsparcia dla: 1) dwóch sztuk urządzeń fizycznych FUDO 5001 (zwanych dalej: Sprzętem), 2) oprogramowania UNLIMITED stosowanego do systemu WHEEL FUDO PAM zainstalowanego na stałe w Sprzęcie (firmware) (zwanego dalej: Oprogramowaniem), wykorzystywanych na potrzeby funkcjonowania Systemu Rejestracji Sesji Zdalnych (zwanego dalej: Systemem) zarządzanego przez Zamawiającego.
