1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi ratownictwa wodnego na krytym basenie w Centrum Rekreacji Astoria, położonym w Bydgoszczy przy ul. Królowej Jadwigi 23, w zakresie i warunkach określonych w SWZ wraz z załącznikami. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ pn. „Opis przedmiotu zamówienia”. 3. Zamawiający przewiduje udzielenie zamówień, o których mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7 ustawy Pzp, zgodnie z zapisami pkt XXX SWZ.
