1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług polegających na organizacji i prowadzeniu Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych oraz Mobilnego Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (zwanych dalej odpowiednio: PSZOK i MPSZOK), wynikających z ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach (Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 733, ze zm.), zwanej dalej „ucpg”. 2. Zamówienie będzie realizowane w okresie od 1 stycznia 2027 r. do 31 grudnia 2027 r.
