Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na zapewnieniu monitoringu wizyjnego, telefonu alarmowego dla potrzeb Gminy Kobierzyce wraz z jego obsługą oraz wsparciem grupy patrolowej i interwencyjnej. 2. Zakres przedmiotu zamówienia obejmuje: a) monitoring Gminy Kobierzyce realizowany poprzez system kamer wraz centrum monitoringu w oparciu o sprzęt – kamery, rejestratory wraz z dyskiem udostępnione przez Zamawiającego. b) zapewnienie obsługi systemu, w tym centrum monitoringu oraz jego nieprzerwanej przez 24 godziny na dobę pracy przez cały okres umowy; c) służba patrolowa w wymiarze minimum łącznie 6 godzin na dobę według potrzeb Zamawiającego oraz w razie potrzeby wsparcie grupy interwencyjnej oraz przyjazd na każde wezwanie operatora centrum monitoringu zgodnie z Instrukcją Operatora Centrum Monitoringu wizyjnego Gminy Kobierzyce. Czas trwania patrolu będzie liczony od momentu wjazdu na teren gminy. d) obsługę telefonu alarmowego Gminy Kobierzyce 24 godziny na dobę siedem dni w tygodniu 3. Zamawiający wymaga aby czynności związane z prowadzeniem służby patrolowej i obsługą monitoringu były wykonywane przez osoby zatrudnione przez Wykonawcę na podstawie umowy o pracę w roz…
