1. Przedmiotem umowy jest świadczenie usługi wsparcia technicznego wraz z dostępem do aktualizacji dla posiadanego przez Zamawiającego oprogramowania i2 i usługą telefo-nicznej asysty technicznej do oprogramowania, zwane dalej „Wsparciem” w ramach już użytkowanych licencji w jednostkach Krajowej Administracji Skarbowej w Polsce”. 2. Przedmiot umowy obejmuje Wsparcie dla wersji i ilości oprogramowania posiadanego przez Zamawiającego: a) i2 iBase Designer - 46 szt. b) i2 Analyst’s NOTEBOOK - 46 szt.
