Description

Urheilupuiston koulun uudisrakennushanke KVR-urakkana tilaajan omistamalle tontille. Tavoitteena on toteuttaa koulun suunnitelmat ja rakennustyöt. Sisältönä on 8-sarjainen yläkoulu 7-9 luokat 504 oppilaalle. Uudishankkeen pinta-alan on arvioitu olevan noin 8 000–8 200 brm². Nämä alustavat hanketiedot annetaan sitoumuksetta. Tavoitteena on, että hankkeen rakennustyöt ovat valmiit 30.11.2028 mennessä. Tilaajan asettama kattohinta hankkeelle on 23,5 M€.
