Description
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has entered into an agreement for the purchase of two armoured vehicles with Blue Aerospace AS. After the war started in Gaza after the attack from Hamas on October 7, 2023, the risk situation in the Middle East and other parts of Africa has changed drastically, and a time-critical need occurred to procure an armoured car to two foreign stations in order to ensure the security of personnel at locations. The procurement is considered exempted from the notice obligation in accordance with PPR § 13-4 letter a, cf. § 13-3 letter e.
