Дейността по изпълнението на поръчката следва да е в съответствие с изискванията на чл. 162 от ЗУТ, във връзка с чл. 160, ал. 1 от ЗУТ и подзаконовите нормативни актове, регламентиращи процеса на строителството - Наредба №3 от 31.07.2003 г. за съставяне на актове и протоколи по време на строителството на МРРБ, и др.; включително и при необходимост да изготвя нови проектни решения и/или дава подробни детайли при изпълнение на строителството.
