Description
Upphandlingen utförs i enlighet med lagen om offentlig upphandling (1397/2016) och de allmänna avtalsvillkoren för den offentliga upphandlingen (JYSE2025 varor). Upphandlingsmängderna är normgivande för köparen (ej fasta). Årsförbrukningsmängderna är inte bindande. Upphandlingen görs gemensamt av Nykarleby stad och Pedersöre kommun. Upphandlingen sker för tiden 1.1.2026-31.12.2027 med möjlighet till option 1+1 år. Alla anbud skall inlämnas via Cloudia. Beställningar ska kunna lämnas in per telefon och internet beställningssystem. Vi förutsätter betjäning på svenska. Kött, chark och fjäderfä produkter ska transporteras ut till våra kök 2-3 dagar/vecka enligt våra behov. Se bilaga.
