Description
Uppdraget innebär ordnings- och förteckningsarbete. Materialet består av diarieförda ärenden som behöver placeras om i arkivgodkända aktkappor och skadligt material i form av metall och plast behöver avlägsnas. Arkivboxar behöver bytas ut och etiketteras. Sökingången i form av arkivförteckning behöver ses över och kompletteras. Vidare så behöver löpande leveranser av arkivmaterial planeras och genomföras, då arkivmaterialet som ska omförtecknas förvaras hos extern depå.
