Uppdraget omfattas av konsultuppdrag inom utförande avseende inventering, underhållsbesiktning (statusinventering) på fastigheter inkl. protokollskrivning. Protokollen ska föras in i beställarens system Planima. I uppdraget ingår även energibesiktningar. Utförandet ska ske under år 2025 och avser ca 20 fastigheter, se handling Objektslista.
