Předmětem Veřejné zakázky je dodávka mikroskopického systému FIB-SEM (skenovací elektronový mikroskop s iontovým svazkem) s možností depozice nejméně tří materiálů (platina, uhlík, wolfram) a s navazujícími analytickými technikami pro detailní analýzu studovaných materiálů (4DSTEM, EBSD, EDS, Nanoindentace, TOF-SIMS). Minimální požadavky na předmět Veřejné zakázky jsou vymezeny technickými, obchodními nebo jinými smluvními podmínkami, které jsou přílohou Zadávací dokumentace.
