Description
The competition is for a turnkey contract for upgrading Nesoddtunet nursing home. The nursing home will be in operation during the upgrade. The upgrade also includes upgrading of the resident rooms and sprinkling, and this part is included in financing from Husbanken. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 75,000,000 excluding VAT. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, including budgetary coverage, financing from Husbanken and political approval.
