Description
1. General Technical Requirements - Isotope Detection Capability: The gas analyzers must be specifically designed for the detection of 13/12C CO2 isotopes in our current indirect calorimetry system (PhenoMaster – TSE Systems). - Quantity Required: we need a total of four 12/13C-CO2- gas analyzers. - Technical Data: The gas analyzer must have a detection range from 0 to 50ppm with a resolution of 1ppm. - Calibration Support: The sensor must come complete with a connection set for gas calibration procedures, for example: tubing connectors, flow reduction valve, T-pieces, hose clips, and tubing etc. 2. Control-unit & software - The new software must be suitable for the measurements of 12/13C-CO2 concentrations and compatible with the newest Windows requirements and applicable for older Windows versions, for example Windows 10 and 11 - All entries and definitions must be saved within the corresponding experiment file. This allows proper long-term data storage and backup. - Data must be viewed in table format and be exported as .csv-file 3.
