Description
Ausgeschrieben wird die Unterhaltsreinigung (Los 1) und die Glas- und Rahmenreinigung (Los 2) für die Liegenschaften des Landesverwaltungsamtes (LaVA) an den Standorten Lebach, St. Ingbert, Saarbrücken. Es handelt sich um eine Fläche von insgesamt circa 8.000-9.000 m². Hierbei hat der Standort Lebach eine "Sonderstellung" inne, da es sich um eine Landesaufnahmestelle (LASt) handelt und dort neben den Verwaltungsgebäuden zusätzlich auch Reinigungen in der Essensausgabe (besonderer Bodenbelag), einem Gemeinschaftsbad, einer Wäscherei und einer Arztpraxis erfolgen müssen.
