Universaalhalli projekteerimis- ja ehitustööde omanikujärelevalve teostamine vastavalt tehnilisele kirjeldusele (Lisa 1). Järelevalve lepingu täitmise kavandatav algusaeg objektil on 2025. a maikuu teine pool. Projekteerimis- ja ehitustööde algus oli 27.03.2025. Projekteerimis- ja ehitustööde lepingu kestuse periood 12 kuud (kuni 27.03.2026) + garantii 3 aastat. Omanikujärelevalve lepingu kestuse eeldatav periood on 10 kuud + garantiiperiood 3 aastat.
