Description
Avtalet omfattar att leverera en tjänst där unga personer ska hjälpa till att aktivera omsorgstagare på äldreboenden i Karlstad kommun och därmed förhöja livskvaliteten samt öka den sociala samvaron. Upphandlingen syftar också till att skapa en brygga mellan generationer och genom ett första jobb ge ungdomar en inblick i vård och omsorg och inspirera till att välja vård- och omsorg som framtida yrkesval. Avtalet omfattar också optioner inom funktionsstöd där ungdomar, om kommunen väljer att använda optionerna, ska genomföra sociala insatser på särskilt boende inom LSS.
