Die Gemeinschaft der Bundesländer Freistaat Bayern, Freie Hansestadt Hamburg, Land Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Land-Nordrhein-Westfalen, Land Schleswig-Holstein, Freistaat Thüringen haben mit der Governikus GmbH & Co. KG zur Umsetzung von Change Requests eine Änderungsvereinbarung gemäß § 132 Abs. 2 GWB geschlossen, mit der zusätzlich erforderlich gewordene Leistungen abgerufen werden.
