Zur Sicherstellung der Stromversorgung der Wehrtechnischen Dienststelle 52 (WTD 52) ist - insbesondere im Hinblick auf den stark wachsenden Einsatz von elektronischen Geräten und den immer höheren Ansprüchen an die Netzqualität, sowie aufgrund des Alters des bestehenden Stromnetzes mit Anlagen z.T. aus den 50er Jahren - eine umfassende Sanierung der vorhandenen Stromversorgung erforderlich.
