Für die Evaluation der Umsetzung des Konzepts «Pilotquartier Netto-Null» wird eine Organisation gesucht, die umfangreiches Fachwissen und Erfahrung im Bereich Evaluation von komplexen Projekten mit Fokus auf der Evaluation von Klimaschutzmassnahmen und Massnahmen im Energiebereich, sowie Erfahrung mit der Umsetzung von Projekten im Verwaltungsumfeld besitzt.
