Uleiurile solicitate sunt necesare în procesul de comprimare a gazelor naturale, pentru operarea agregatelor de comprimare (motoare termice și compresoare de gaze). Totodată uleiul solicitat la lot 4, poz. 2 este necesar pentru un compresor de aer ce concură la procesul de comprimare a gazelor. Entitatea contractantă va răspunde in mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări/informații suplimentare in a 7 zi înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Număr zile până la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 10. Solicitările de clarificări trebuie transmise în SICAP.
