De Opdrachtgever heeft het besluit genomen om een Europese openbare Aanbestedingsprocedure te doorlopen, waarbij een Raamovereenkomst voor de inkoop van Uitzendkrachten medewerker milieustraat wordt gesloten met één Opdrachtnemer, die gedurende de looptijd van de Raamovereenkomst voldoet aan de voorwaarden voor de uitvoering van de Opdracht.
