Description
Uitzendkrachten worden ingezet voor structurele werkzaamheden, die onregelmatig voorkomen, denk hierbij aan surveillanten. Daarnaast is er behoefte aan flexibele inzet van personeel tijdens piek, ziekte en incidentele werkzaamheden. Daarom zal gebruik worden gemaakt van de diensten van een uitzendbureau. Deze mogelijkheid zorgt ervoor dat Fontys flexibel kan omgaan met onverwachte omstandigheden. Naar verwachting wordt er voor 48.000 per jaar aan ureninzet afgenomen. Over zes jaar zou dit ca. 288.000 uren zijn. De verwachting is dat de ureninzet afneemt.
