Description
De huidige raamovereenkomst verloopt binnenkort. Het doel van deze Europese aanbesteding is het sluiten van een Raamovereenkomst tussen RIVM en één Opdrachtnemer voor het uitvoeren van Sanger Sequencing, fragmentanalyses, next- en third generation sequencing. De opdracht betreft het uitvoeren van: • Sanger sequencing: gemiddeld ± 100 monsters per jaar • Fragmentanalyses, voornamelijk MLVA (Multiple-Locus Variable number of tandem repeat Analysis): alleen nog in 2024 ± 12.000 monsters daarna wordt er geen omzet meer in verwacht • Next-generation sequencing (NGS) en Third-generation sequencing (TGS): gemiddeld ± 225 monsters per jaar, gebruik makend van de volgende platforms: NGS • Illumina (short/medium reads) TGS • PacBio (long reads) • Oxford nanopore technology (ONT) (long reads)[JH1] Bovengenoemde is in het kader van viraal en/of bacterieel onderzoek. Ontwikkelingen op het gebied van sequencing gaan snel, waardoor het lastig in te schatten is of het volume zal toe- of afnemen.
