Description
De opdracht omvat het uitvoeren van allerlei ruwbouw-, infrastructuur-, renovatie- en schrijnwerken in de gebouwen eigendom van of in gebruik door de Universiteit Gent, door middel van het ter beschikking stellen van geschoold personeel. Het betreft het uitvoeren van allerlei onderhouds-, ruwbouw en renovatiewerken (riolering, wegenis, vloeren, metselwerken, faience, tussenwanden, binnen- en buitenschrijnwerk, plafonds, pupiters en lessenaars, ...). De dienstverlener wordt geacht volgende personeelsleden ter beschikking te stellen : 1 meestergast bouw, 1 ploegbaas schrijnwerkers, 8 schrijnwerkers, 1 ploegbaas metsers, 4 metsers. De Universiteit Gent kan dit aantal werknemers evenwel verhogen of verminderen.
