Description
De scope van de aanbesteding heeft betrekking tot het uitbesteden van de voice activiteiten voor de regelingen WMO en WLZ. De zorgvuldig geraamde opdrachtwaarde van de Raamovereenkomst is afgerond € 12.150.000,-. In de aanbesteding worden herzieningsclausules opgenomen met een waarde van 50% van de zorgvuldig geraamde waarde. De maximale waarde van de opdracht is vastgesteld op € 18.225.000,-.
