Zamawiający zrealizował zamówienie podstawowe w ramach posiadanych przez siebie środków finansowych, w związku z powyższym występuje konieczność wykonania zamówienia publicznego w trybie zamówienia z wolnej ręki na podstawie art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7 ustawy PZP polegającego na powtórzeniu podobnych usług w związku ze zrealizowaniem zamówienia podstawowego na: „WYKONYWANIE USŁUGI: UTRZYMANIA CZYSTOŚCI I PORZĄDKU NA TERENIE MIASTA PIOTRKOWA TRYBUNALSKIEGO, NA ZLECENIE”.
