Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie w 2023 r. kredytu długoterminowego na finansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu gminy Zalewo oraz na spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu kredytów i pożyczek w wysokości 3.864.603,00 zł, w tym na: - finansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu gminy Zalewo - 2.834.603,00 zł, - spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu kredytów i pożyczek – 1.030.000,00 zł. 2. Uruchomienie kredytu nastąpi po zawarciu umowy kredytowej do dnia 28 grudnia 2023 r. w terminach i transzach dostosowanych do potrzeb zamawiającego. 3. Okres kredytowania do dnia 30 grudnia 2040 roku.
