Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: „Udzielenie kredytu długoterminowego w wysokości 12 500 000,00 zł dla Gminy Tarnów na pokrycie deficytu oraz rozchodów budżetu gminy na 2026 rok” na następujących warunkach: Kredyt zostanie pobrany w transzach, których wysokość zostanie zgłoszona przez kredytobiorcę w pisemnej dyspozycji do uruchomienia transzy kredytu tzw. „na żądanie” , przy czym ostatnia transza wpłynie na rachunek bankowy nie później niż 31.12.2026 r.
