Przedmiot zamówienia: udzielenie Gminie Bieliny kredytu długoterminowego na łączną kwotę 7 970 216,00 zł z przeznaczeniem na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu i spłatę zobowiązań z tytułu wcześniej zaciągniętych kredytów. Kredyt winien być postawiony do dyspozycji Zamawiającego: w okresie od podpisania umowy do dnia 30 grudnia 2025 r.
