Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi udzielenia kredytu długoterminowego zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa, w szczególności zgodnie z przepisami ustawy z dnia 29 sierpnia 1997 r. Prawo bankowe (Dz.U. z 2023 r. poz. 2488 z późn. zm.). Kredyt długoterminowy z przeznaczeniem na pokrycie wydatków majątkowych. Kwota kredytu: 7.000.000,00 zł. Okres kredytowania: lata 2025-2034. Kredyt będzie pobierany transzami od dnia podpisania umowy do 30.11.2024 r.
