Description
4.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie i obsługa długoterminowego kredytu bankowego w rozumieniu art. 69 ustawy z dnia 29 sierpnia 1997 r. Prawo bankowe (Dz.U. z 2023 r. poz. 2488 z późn. zm.) zaciąganego z przeznaczeniem na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu gminy oraz wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań na 2024 rok w kwocie 6.400.000,00 zł.
