Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie i obsługa długoterminowego kredytu bankowego w rozumieniu art. 69 ustawy z dnia 29 sierpnia 1997 r. Prawo bankowe (Dz.U. z 2023 r. poz. 2488 z późn. zm.) zaciąganego z przeznaczeniem na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu gminy, w wysokości 7 000 000,00 zł. Minimalna kwota uruchomionego kredytu będzie nie mniejsza niż 5 000 000,00 zł. Okres kredytowania 2024-2032.
Award criteria
- Price — Zamawiający dokona oceny ofert przyznając punkty w ramach kryteriów oceny ofert, przyjmując zasadę, że 1% = 1 punkt. Jako jedyne kryterium oceny ofert zastosowano cenę. Na koszty cyklu życia…
