Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie usługi polegającej na udzieleniu kredytu długoterminowego do kwoty 8.357.110,00 zł na finansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu Gminy Linia w 2024 roku oraz na spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych kredytów i pożyczek, z terminem spłaty w latach 2025 – 2036. 2. Spłata odsetek będzie następowała w latach 2024 -2036. 3. Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawiera OPZ stanowiący Załącznik nr 9 do SWZ oraz PPU stanowiące Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ.
