Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie i obsługa kredytu długoterminowego w wysokości 3 250 011,00 zł (słownie: trzy miliony dwieście pięćdziesiąt tysięcy jedenaście złotych 00/100) z przeznaczeniem na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu Gminy Hyżne powstałego w związku z realizacją zadań inwestycyjnych w kwocie 3 035 011,00 zł oraz spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań w kwocie 215 000,00 zł.
