Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie i obsługa kredytu długoterminowego złotowego w wysokości 6 000 000,00 zł (słownie: sześć milionów złotych), z przeznaczeniem na: a) finansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu w kwocie 3 227 272,73 zł (słownie: trzy miliony dwieście dwadzieścia siedem tysięcy dwieście siedemdziesiąt dwa złote 73/100), b) na spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu emisji papierów wartościowych oraz zaciągniętych kredytów w kwocie 2 772 727,27 zł (słownie: dwa miliony siedemset siedemdziesiąt dwa tysiące siedemset dwadzieścia siedem złotych 27/100).
