Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie i obsługa kredytu długoterminowego złotowego w wysokości 5 000 000 zł (słownie: pięć milionów złotych), z przeznaczeniem na: a) finansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu w kwocie 1 963 636,36 zł (słownie: jeden milion dziewięćset sześćdziesiąt trzy tysiące sześćset trzydzieści sześć złotych 00/100), b) na spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu emisji papierów wartościowych oraz zaciągniętych kredytów w kwocie 3 036 363,64 zł (słownie: trzy miliony trzydzieści sześć tysięcy trzysta sześćdziesiąt trzy złote 64/100).
