1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie i obsługa kredytu długoterminowego do maksymalnej kwoty 4 827 680,00 zł. 1) Przewidywane uruchomienie kredytu nastąpi w miesiącu maju 2024 roku z możliwością zmiany. 2) Kredyt będzie wykorzystany do 31.12.2024r. 3) Spłata kapitału w złotych polskich będzie następowała w ratach kwartalnych tj. do 31 marca, do 30 czerwca, do 30 września, i do 31 grudnia wg harmonogramu zawartego w SWZ.
