Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na udzieleniu i obsłudze długoterminowego kredytu bankowego w kwocie 2 700 000,00 zł na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu Gminy Wizna w 2025 roku oraz spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań. Kredyt zostanie wypłacony jednorazowo, w terminie wskazanym przez Zamawiającego. Spłata kapitału w 56 ratach kwartalnych, od 31 marca 2026 r. do 31 grudnia 2039 r. Oprocentowanie zmienne, oparte na stawce referencyjnej WIBOR 3M powiększonej o stałą marżę banku. Zabezpieczeniem będzie weksel in blanco z deklaracją wekslową.
