Udzielenie i obsługa długoterminowego kredytu złotowego dla Powiatu Pszczyńskiego. Kwota kredytu: 5.000.000,00 zł (słownie: pięć milionów złotych). Okres kredytowania: od wypłaty I transzy kredytu do 18.12.2031r Kredyt winien być uruchamiany przez Wykonawcę w trzech transzach, w następujących terminach: Pierwsza transza - 2.000.000 zł – 26.07.2024r. Druga transza - 2.000.000 zł – 23.08.2024r. Trzecia transza - 1.000.000 zł – 20.09.2024r. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają załączniki nr 2.1-2.3 do SWZ
