Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie i obsługa długoterminowego kredytu złotowego dla Gminy Krokowa w wysokości do kwoty 7 935 238,65 złotych. podstawowe parametry: 1) Kwota kredytu: do wysokości 7 935 238,65 złotych. 2) Okres kredytowania: do końca 2036 roku. 3) Zamawiający zastrzega możliwość niewykorzystania pełnej kwoty kredytu. 4) Kredyt będzie uruchamiany przez Wykonawcę w transzach a przelew środków na konto Zamawiającego będzie następował w ciągu pięciu dni roboczych od przekazania dyspozycji przez Zamawiającego. Wysokości i terminy poszczególnych transz: a) I transza: 2 650 000,00 zł - do 10.09.2024 r. b) II transza: 2 650 000,00 zł - do 10.10.2024 r. c) III transza: 2 635 238,65 zł - do 10.11.2024 r. z możliwością zmiany tych parametrów, przy zastrzeżeniu, że ostatnia transza kredytu nastąpi nie później niż do dnia 10.12.2024 r.
