Przedmiotem zamówienia jest udzielenie i obsługa długoterminowego kredytu bankowego w wysokości 7 300 000 PLN (słownie: siedem milionów trzysta tysięcy złotych) na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu Gminy Kosakowo w 2023 roku zgodnie z Uchwałą Nr LXXXV/609/2022 Rady Gminy Kosakowo z dnia 15 grudnia 2022r. w sprawie uchwalenia Budżetu Gminy Kosakowo na rok 2023 zmienionej Uchwałą Rady Gminy Nr XCIV/680/2023 z dnia 6 czerwca 2023 oraz zawartego w niej upoważnienia do zaciągnięcia kredytu długoterminowego oraz zgodnie z Uchwałą Nr XCIV/682/2023 Rady Gminy Kosakowo z dnia 6 czerwca 2023 r w sprawie zaciągnięcia kredytu długoterminowego
