Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa udzielenia kredytu długoterminowego w wysokości 13 100 000,00 zł na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu oraz spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań z tytułu emisji papierów wartościowych oraz pożyczek i kredytów. 2. Opis przedmiotu zamówienia, w tym wymagania jakościowe, odnoszące się do głównych elementów składających się na przedmiot zamówienia o których mowa w art. 246 ust. 2 ustawy Pzp zostały określone w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym Załącznik Nr 1 do SWZ oraz Załącznik Nr 2 do SWZ – harmonogram spłat kredytu.
