Boligforeningen AAB er Danmarks største og ældste boligforening, med ca. 20.000 lejemål fordelt på ca. 110 boligafdelinger.Boligforeningen AAB afd. 55, Strandgården 19, 2635 Ishøj (i det følgende benævnt Ordregiver), er AAB’s største afdeling med 1.740 lejemål.AAB afd. 55 byder herved velkommen til deltagelse i afdelingens udbud af trapperengøring.
