Kriminalforsorgen søger en Leverandør til at forestå behandling af stof- og alkoholmisbrug hos frihedsberøvede i - Institution Enner Mark (Enner Mark Fængsel) og Institution Vendsyssel (Kragskovhede Fængsel). Behandlingen omfatter forbehandling og ambulant behandlingstilbud til hashmisbrugere, brugere af øvrige euforiserende stoffer og alkohol. Efterfølgende benævnt ”Ydelsen”. Formålet med behandlingen er at sikre, at alle indsatte, som udtrykker ønske om at gennemgå rusmiddelbehandling, og som i øvrigt vurderes egnede hertil, kan tilbydes behandling.
