Description
Fællesudbuddet vedrører aftaler om modtagelse af og forbrænding af restaffald fra Thy Forsyning og Morsø Kommune. Det forbrændingsegnede affald er restaffald fra husstandsindsamling samt småt og stort brændbart affald indsamlet på genbrugspladserne. Udbuddet er opdelt i to delaftaler, én for Thy Forsyning og én for Morsø Kommune, og der kan afgives tilbud på én eller begge delaftaler. Udbuddet forventes som udgangspunkt at omhandle behandling af ca. 7.600 ton forbrændingsegnet affald fra Thisted Kommune og ca. 3.700 ton forbrændingsegnet affald fra Morsø Kommune. Transporten af affald til forbrændings- eller modtageanlægget er ikke en del af udbuddet, men udgifterne til transporten indgår som et evalueringsteknisk tillæg ved evalueringen af de modtagne tilbud. Udbuddet gennemføres som offentlig udbud i henhold til udbudsloven.
