Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest ubezpieczenie mienia i odpowiedzialności Powiatu Ostrowskiego oraz jego jednostek organizacyjnych. Przedmiot zamówienia podzielony został na dwie części, tj.: Część nr 1: 1.1. ubezpieczenie od ognia i innych zdarzeń losowych, 1.2. ubezpieczenie od kradzieży z włamaniem i rabunku, 1.3. ubezpieczenie OC, Część nr 2: 1.4. ubezpieczenia komunikacyjne.
Award criteria
- Price — Cena brutto – 70 pkt – [waga procentowa - 70 %]. Kryterium „Cena brutto” punktowo będzie oceniane w skali 0-70 pkt. Liczba punktów w powyższym kryterium liczona będzie według wzoru zawartego w SWZ.
- Quality — Zakres ryzyk dodatkowych podlegających ocenie – 30 pkt – [waga procentowa - 30 %]. Kryterium „zakres ryzyk dodatkowych podlegających ocenie” będzie oceniane punktowo w skali 0-30 pkt. Liczba punktów…
