Description

Die Kreisspitalstiftung Weißenhorn (KSS, der Auftraggeber), Stiftung des öffentlichen Rechts, ist eine kreiskommunale Stiftung des Landkreises Neu-Ulm (der Landkreis). Die KSS betreibt zwei akutstationäre Kliniken und ein Gesundheitszentrum mit akutstationärer Geriatrie im Landkreis Neu-Ulm. Träger der KSS ist der Landkreis Neu-Ulm, dessen Organe (Landrätin und Kreistag) die KSS verwalten. Diesen Organen ist die Stiftungsverwaltung der KSS zur Seite gestellt, § 6 der Satzung der KSS.
